If your game suddenly closed out, we recommend force closing and relaunching the Jumbline app.
 
How to force close:
This will depend on the type of device you're playing on. Find your iPhone model below, and then follow the steps. Or learn how to close an app on your iPad.

 

iPhone X and later

  1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
  2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.  
  3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

iPhone SE, iPhone 8 and earlier

  1. Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
  2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.

iOS 16 isn't supported on iPhone SE (1st generation), iPhone 7, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, and iPod touch.

Please walk us through what happened in the game before it crashed and when this issue first started.

Here are some points that are helpful to include:

  • At what point in the game did the crash occur? (Upon starting a new game, during a game, after the game completed, etc.)
  • Does the game seem to freeze/crash due to anything specific or at certain times during play?
  • Do you have a stable wifi or network connection when this occurs?

If possible, provide a screen recording if the crash keeps reocurring.

Providing as much detail will help us to pinpoint and resolve the issue!
