You can purchase a subscription to remove interstitial ads from showing in between missions.

Rewarded Video opportunities will still exist and cannot be removed with a subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled through Apple.

If you purchased to remove ads from your Jumbline app and still see ads (not rewarded videos), make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.

There are three subscription cycles to choose from:

• Weekly
• Monthly
• Bi-Monthly

It's possible your subscription is over and did not renew. You can check your purchase history to see which subscription you purchased and edit your payment settings.

If your subscription cycle is on auto-renew, you're signed into the correct Apple ID, and you are still getting ads in between your Jumbline game, try the following:

1. On the Jumbline map page, tap the SHOP button in the menu bar

2. Scroll to the bottom and tap the RESTORE PURCHASES button

3. The ads should now turn off and your purchase restored

If the Restore Purchases button is not working, make sure you have a working internet connection.
