While we do not have an exit or pause button in the game, the best way to exit is to simply leave the app by clicking your home button.

If you are using a device without a home button, slide your finger up from below the bottom of the screen and your home button and other buttons will reappear. Closing out of the app like so will pause any open games that you have going on.
