If you saw one of the prompts below regarding ad-tracking and have questions, we're here to offer some clarity.

What is IDFA?

IDFA, (Identifier for Advertisers) is a random identification number Apple assigns to every iOS device. If you are playing the free version of the game, our third-party advertisers may use your IDFA to curate advertisements that may be more relevant to your interests. The IDFA data used by third-party advertisers is not related to personally identifiable information. Personal information is not and never has been collected by any of Brainium’s games.

What does this mean when it comes to the ads that you see in the game?

If you selected “Ask App Not to Track,” you will still see ads in the same manner you did before. However, selecting “Ask App Not to Track” will not share your IDFA information so the ads you see may be less relevant to your interests.

If you share your IDFA, you may not notice a difference. From time to time, you may notice an ad that is like something you recently interacted with in another app or website. Some players have noticed this is helpful in reminding them of things they were interested in but forgot about.
