Depending on the Solitaire version you're using, to change the card draw pile:

1. Tap the Solitaire screen to bring up the menu bar - or - tap the MENU button
2. Select the OPTIONS tab - or - select the SETTINGS tab
3. Toggle on DRAW 3 to get the 3-card draw pile for more challenging games, or toggle off DRAW 3 to get the 1-card pile for easier games.
