We understand that certain banners can be very distracting and take away from your gameplay.

Our team would like to investigate problematic banner ads. Please report flashing banners to us in the Solitaire app.  (Tap the game screen to bring up the menu bar > select the Brainium logo > tap HELP)

Input the time the banner appeared, which you will then get prompted by an automatic message. Select, "No, I need to talk to somebody" and then attach a screenshot of the banner by tapping the paperclip button located at the bottom right of the screen.

Because we show a wide variety of banner ads, having a visual reference and time stamp will help our team investigate these reports much more quickly.

When you report the banner ad (and any ad) in the app, we are able to see crucial information like the game version you're playing and which ad networks are showing ads.
