If you see the myVIP button greyed out in the Solitaire game, it is likely your device is using an older operating system below Android 8.

The myVIP Rewards Store is only supported on Android 8 and above and will not be able to open on older versions of Android OS. 

To spend LP and view rewards in the myVIP Rewards Store, please upgrade your Android OS to the latest version.
