If you're on iOS and you see the myVIP button greyed out in the Solitaire app, it's possible that the Rewards Store is unavailable due to a server glitch, which can be temporary and resolve itself.

You can try closing your app, then reopening it and tapping the myVIP button again. If it still does not work, give it a few minutes and make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
