To access the myVIP Rewards Store, make sure your device is connected to Wifi/cellular data.
If the Rewards Store is still not loading, it's possible there is a server issue, which usually resolves itself in a few minutes.
If the Rewards Store still isn't loading, try closing and reopening the Solitaire app and opening the Rewards Store.
Depending on your version of Solitaire, you may find myVIP Rewards Store in one of the following ways:
- Standard Location: Look for the myVIP button located at the bottom of the Solitaire screen.
- Menu Access: Tap the Menu button, where you will see the Shop button in the upper corner to access rewards.
- Feature Availability: If you no longer see myVIP in your app, please note that we are currently streamlining our features to improve app performance. As a result, some players may no longer have myVIP in the Solitaire app, but myVIP can be accessed in other apps:
