If your Spider game is unresponsive or freezing, make sure it is not in Strict Mode, which requires all empty columns to be filled before restocking.

1. Tap the Spider game screen to bring up the bottom menu bar
2. Select the OPTIONS tab
3. Scroll down and toggle off STRICT MODE

- Swipe up from the bottom to mid-screen to view recent apps, swipe upward to force close the game
- Relaunch the game and continue playing
