We recently introduced banner ads in Spider Solitaire, which are a means for us to continue to offer our games for free to players while also being able to continue the ongoing cost of development, maintenance, and support for all of our apps.
Banner ads are very common in other card games, and while we held back for as long as we could, it became necessary to add them to our game.
Behind the scenes, our incredible team works hard to maintain, design, and manage all of our games. Without our team, there would be no Spider Solitaire or Brainium.
If you want an ad-free experience, you can make a one-time purchase to remove ads from Spider.
To remove ads:
- Bring up the menu bar
- Tap the OPTIONS tab
- At the top - toggle ADS to off
- You will then be prompted to make a one-time payment
- Confirm payment and enjoy
If you still see ads in your game after purchasing the removal of ads, tap the RESTORE PURCHASES button at the bottom of the OPTIONS tab.
