HOW TO REPORT AN AD
Tap the chat button in the upper right corner and include the following:
- A description of the ad or screenshot
- The issue it's causing
- The time the ad was shown in your game
Once you report the ad, there will be an option to attach a screenshot.
Tap the + button in the lower-left corner of the chat to attach the screenshot of the ad. Having a visual reference of an ad greatly improves our ad investigation process.
A NOTE ABOUT ADS IN OUR GAMES:
We are a small gaming company and we use a third-party ad networks to supply many ads to our games and never intend to show ads that offend, manipulate or frustrate our players.
While we have filters in place and monitor as many ads as we can, there are still very many ads that show every day that our team can not always catch. This is why it is so helpful when players report ads directly to us so that we can investigate them for removal. Thank you!
