Q: The “Restore Purchase” button in Sudoku isn’t doing anything. How can I fix this?
We’re currently aware of a bug in the latest version of Sudoku (4.4.6) where the Restore Purchase button may not respond when tapped. This is an issue on our side, not with your purchase or your device, and our team is actively working on a fix in an upcoming update.
In the meantime, you can delete and reinstall your app, but please be advised you may lose your stats and progress.
Once the fix is released, updating to the new version should make the Restore Purchase button work normally again. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
