Did you experience an ad that you feel violates our terms?
- Material is offensive or inappropriate for young audiences
- Ad redirects you after pressing close-out button
- Ad shows multiple ads despite closing-out
- Ad violates audio settings and plays loud audio
- Ad does not close after 7 seconds
- Ad does not show an X to close out button
- Ad contains a fraudulent product for sale (If it seems too good to be true, it probably is)
HOW TO REPORT AN AD
Begin a chat with one of our team members and include the following:
- A description of the ad
- The time the ad was shown in your game
- The issue the ad is causing or why it violates our terms
Once you report the ad, there will be an option to attach a screenshot.
Tap the + button in the lower-left corner of the chat to attach the screenshot of the ad. Having a visual reference of an ad greatly improves our ad investigation process.
A NOTE ABOUT ADS IN OUR GAMES
We are a small game company, (there are less than 50 of us). We use a third party to supply ads to our games and never intend to show ads that offend, manipulate or frustrate our users.
While we have filters in place and monitor as many ads as we can, there are still millions of ads that show every day and occasionally a bad one may trick our filters or that we do not see. This is why it is so helpful when players report ads directly to us!
